We offer a variety of group fitness classes in and out of the water to suit your schedule, your goals, and how you like to work out.

From pilates and yoga to cardio boxing, group ride and aqua aerobics, you’ll find the perfect classes for you.

Class Descriptions.

Aqua: Aqua is the best of both worlds. Get the calorie burning benefits of aerobics with the therapeutic properties of water. Using minimum impact movements, you’ll develop strength and fitness in a fun environment.

Group Fit: A total body workout designed to burn fat and condition your body using body weight and free weight exercises.

HIIT: Get maximum calorie burn for your time with High Intensity Interval Training. We offer three types of classes to suit your goals: Strength, Cardio and HIIT Extreme.

Mums & Bubs: A water workout for the active parent. Enjoy the high calorie burn of Aqua Aerobics will quality bonding time with your baby. 

Pilates: Pilates develops core stability and strength, toning the body. It also helps improve your flexibility and overall energy levels.

RIP: Rapid fat burning at its best. This 55 minute class uses weights to completely tone and condition the body.

Swim Fit: Our adult swimming squad for swimmers who want to improve stroke technique and fitness level.

Yoga: Exercise your body and soul with Yoga. Develop flexibility and create harmony between your mind and body with a combination of dynamic and intense movements.
