We offer a variety of group fitness classes in and out of the water to suit your schedule, your goals, and how you like to work out.

From pilates and yoga to cardio boxing, group ride and aqua aerobics, you’ll find the perfect classes for you.

Water Based Class Descriptions.

Aqua/Aqua Aerobics: Aqua is the best of both worlds. Get the calorie burning benefits of aerobics with the therapeutic properties of water. Using minimum impact movements, you’ll develop strength and fitness in a fun environment.

Ankorr: The unique Ankorr system allows an individual to either anchor to a fixed point and work by themselves via resistance bands or team up with a partner who can provide the resistance using bands/straps with handles provided. Working the upper and lower body using dynamic bodyweight exercises designed by The ZUU. Individuals can spin 180 degrees through sagittal planes or 360 degrees through transverse planes while maintaining constant tension. This ‘fluid resistance’ fast tracksfunctional strength, mobility & conditioning like never before.

Gentle Aqua Aerobics: Perfect for mum-to-bes or anyone who prefers to work out at a lower intensity, Gentle Aqua Aerobics takes a more relaxed approach to Aqua Aerobics. 

Aqua Pilates: This class takes all the fundamentals of Pilates and just adds water! A truly unique workout, Aqua Pilates combines the therapeutic properties of water with pilates.

Aqualicious: Aqualicious is Brisbane’s Masters swim team open to friends and members of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community. We welcome new members of all age and experience levels to our inclusive environment.

Swim Fit: Our adult swimming squad for swimmers who want to improve stroke technique and fitness level.

Deep Water Running: A great, low impact cardiovascular workout. Using a buoyancy belt in deep water. Deep Water Running is the perfect choice for those with injuries or limitations. It's a 45 minute class suitable for all abilities as long as you are confident in deep water.

Adult Squads: An opportunity for adults to improve their fitness. Whether you want to improve in ocean swimming, triathlons, masters swimming, or just to have fun, Adult Squad is the perfect environment to achieve your goals in a friendly environment.

Tri Squads: This swim squad is aimed at the triathlete who is beginner to elite, the open water swimmer and for your own personal fitness goals.

Land Based Class Descriptions.

Boxing High: High intensity interval workout that uses a combination of boxing drills, cardiovascular and muscular conditioning exercises. No boxing experience required; this class is focussed on fitness rather co-ordination.

Power: An hour of power! This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.

Ride: The race where everyone finishes first. Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!

Group Fit: A total body workout designed to burn fat and condition your body using body weight and free weight exercises.

HIIT: Get maximum calorie burn for your time with High Intensity Interval Training. We offer three types of classes to suit your goals: Strength, Cardio and HIIT Extreme.

Mums & Bubs: A water workout for the active parent. Enjoy the high calorie burn of Aqua Aerobics will quality bonding time with your baby.

Pilates: Pilates develops core stability and strength, toning the body. It also helps improve your flexibility and overall energy levels 

RIP: Rapid fat burning at its best. This 55 minute class uses weights to completely tone and condition the body.

Yoga: Exercise your body and soul with Yoga. Develop flexibility and create harmony between your mind and body with a combination of dynamic and intense movements.
