Personal training sessions are the best way to get results as quickly as possible, whilst ensuring you’re training in a way that you can maintain without getting injured.

Personal trainers are there to educate, motivate, support and inspire you.

When you join City Health Clubs you’ll receive a complimentary 30 minute personal training session. Your PT will show you how to use the equipment and give you advice on what types of exercises you should be doing to suit your body and your goals.

Our PTs can also design a tailored program for you, as well as provide nutrition plans and advice.
